Removal of Underground Petroleum Storage Systems & Site Infrastructure

Demolition of a redundant commercial fuel service station and all associated infrastructure, including sales and mechanical repair buildings, several Underground Petroleum Storage Tanks (UPSTs) and associated infrastructure. The works included management of asbestos containing material (ACM) and soil validation during removal of demolition rubble and UPSTs to ensure the suitability of the site for ongoing commercial use.
